Through this sort of energy dance, you will find that your body moves in just the way that it needs to move. Your body will find motions and stretches that will open the flow of energy in your body in just the right way. Your entire body, the spinal column and all the peripheral nerves, all the blood vessels and all the muscles, will move in unison with your own internal rhythms. In this way, you become your body’s own personal yoga instructor, creating movements that exactly fit your body’s needs at that moment. Every part of your body will open to vital healing energy.
I believe that there is a direct parallel between the condition of your body and the condition of your brain. When you release the stiffness in your body, you are also creating flexibility in your brain. In this way you become the instinctive, spontaneous healer of your own body and mind.

Many years ago, I developed a training method called Dahn-mu, which is meant to open people completely to this sort of universal rhythm. The word dahn refers to the basic, vital energy of life, and mu means “dance”; thus it could be called “energy dance” in English. In this practice, which is a form of Brain Wave Vibration, you are encouraged to let go of all limitations and simply follow the energy of the moment, letting the flow of energy move your body as it will.
Serendipitously, the word mu can also translate as “nothingness.” The state of mu, or nothingness, is achieved during Brain Wave Vibration when the mind is truly empty of thought, and you are able to simply follow the rhythms of life without hesitation. At this point, the boundaries of your body cease to exist, and you may experience a profound sense of oneness—first with the rhythms of your own body and ultimately with the universal rhythms of all life as your sense of separation fades away.

Most spiritual traditions have at their root the notion of the ultimate peace that comes through the oneness of all beings. The Bible speaks of “the peace that surpasses all understanding,” and Hindus speak of nirvana. My belief is that journeying to this place of oneness is the only thing that ultimately matters in any spiritual practice.
Much of our mythology teaches us that life is about finding our way back to oneness. In Korean traditions, we have the story of Mago, an Earth spirit analogous to Mother Earth in Western society. At one point, humanity was in accord with Mago, and there was a state of perfect peace and harmony. Like in the biblical story of Eden, this paradise was eventually lost as people began to divide themselves.
According to the mythologies of many cultures, humanity once lived harmoniously only to lose this perfect existence. The story of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden is a familiar example.

If it is helpful for you to conceive of God as a specific entity, then by all means, do so. There is indeed great truth to be found in many descriptions of God, but I would implore you not to let these descriptions confine your perception of possibility. Rather, allow them to simply be a starting point. Brain Wave Vibration is one among many training methods I have developed to help people stop thinking about spirituality so that they can start experiencing it.
Seeking Oneness
When you consider the many different manifestations of spiritual experience in the world, it obviously does no good to debate which one is right. That has been the root of unbelievable amounts of suffering in the world. In fact, in the way I see spirituality, it is quite contradictory to differentiate in this way. It is best rather to focus on the concepts we have in common.

There has been a lot of debate recently about the relationship between God and the brain. Some say that God is an outdated by-product of the brain, an illusion created by primitive parts of the brain. Others claim quite the opposite, saying that the brain contains evidence of a spiritual realm existing beyond the brain, which the brain is well designed to perceive.
One thing is clear to me: the brain is indeed designed for spiritual experience. It is also clear that such experience does not come from thinking long and hard about the minutiae of theological issues. Rather, it comes from a quieting of the thinking mind so that one mav open up to the mysteries of experience.
To me, it is not a worthwhile question to debate the existence or nonexistence of God. One way or the other, the spiritual realm is beyond the power of the human mind to describe, and as soon as we attempt to put our experience of it into words, we have already shrunken it, regardless of how beautifully we speak.

In words of Brain Educator Ilchi Lee the symbol of the second Chakra is a six-leaf, scarlet lotus flower. Along with the first Chakra, the second Chakra controls sexual energy. A person with a healthy second Chakra has strength, while a person with a blocked second Chakra easily feels fatigued.
The lower Dahn-jon is where the earth’s energy, flowing in through the ‘Yong-chun’ points, combines with both the energy of heaven, coming in as you breathe, and the energy of life that exists within us all. Here these energies merge and are transformed into a higher form of energy.
Energies gathered in the lower Dahn-jon also stimulate the kidneys to elevate water energy and lower fire energy, facilitating optimal flow of energy according to the Law of Su-Seung-Hwa-Gang (Water Energy Up, Fire Energy Down). This results in a relaxed mind, clear head, and strong Dahn-jon.

The second Chakra is located at the very end of the tailbone as Ilchi Lee writes.
In order to activate the second Chakra, concentrate on your lower Dahn-jon, which is located about two inches below your navel. The second Chakra connects to the prostate gland in men. In women, it is connected to the uterus.
It is also connected to the reproductive organs, bladder, and kidneys. When you breathe in, imagine a stream of air entering your body through the ‘Myung-moon’ point in your lower back, curling and swirling as it enters…
When you breathe out, imagine the stream of air uncurling as it exits. When you breathe in, your lower abdomen expands when you breathe out… your lower abdomen contracts…
Continue breathing as you are feeling your Dahn-jon, the second Chakra. You may feel emptiness in your lower Dahn-jon, you may experience a feeling of fullness…
Silently follow the path of your breath. You will feel warmth in your Dahn-jon. You may feel a beating pulse coming alive.
