Five years ago when I first experienced Brain Wave Vibration I was in constant pain. My lower back was sore all the time, and my knees hurt so that I was forced to limp and to hold on to furniture just to get around. When I saw the instructor and the participants start vibration exercise, I thought, “That looks easy,” and I decided to give it a try. At first, there was some pain, but it soon diminished. Now I just have fun! I feel so much better! Because of this vibration class I do things I never thought I could do!

As I was shaking my head, I felt a painful popping and crackling on the side of my head. After just a few minutes the pain and crackling disappeared. My neck feels warm and flexible—which is unusual, since it is normally rather st’ff and painful—especially on the right side.
Even after years of training to be a yoga instructor, I had a lot of trouble sitting cross-legged. I had injured my hip joint a long time ago, and it was usually stiff and tense. Often, when I would sit cross-legged in front of the class, my students appeared more flexible than I was. After doing Brain Wave Vibration in a seated position, my hip joints have opened significantly. Sitting posture is now much more comfortable, and I can meditate much more deeply than before.
