During the learning process of Dahn Yoga place both hands on your chest, with one hand in a fist and the other open. With the open hand, rub your chest up and down. Simultaneously, tap on your chest with your fisted hand.

Repeat ten times and then switch hands. Repeat ten times and switch hands again.

In the air, draw a circle with your left hand and draw a triangle with your right.

Next, draw a square with your left hand and draw a reverse triangle with your right.

Alternate hands and repeat the above.

It is possible to follow Dahn Yoga training without feeling energy. However, when practitioners feel energy, they experience the true character of Dahn Yoga and more than anything else, the training itself becomes more joyful and grows into a multidimensional experience.
