Sometimes stepping away and seeing from a distance can help one to form a clearer perspective. It’s like the pupils of your eye, they need to adjust in and out until the focus becomes clear. If we only look up close we see only details, if we only look from far away we see distance, but moving in and out and seeing the whole picture helps us to have a more complete picture.
Let’s open our minds to the power of BE 100! With bringing brain education to 100 schools we will enable young minds to think creatively, openly, and use more of their brains than ever before. This is our vision for change!
Wake up and Take Action is advice from our founder- ILCHI LEE- this is the best advice. If you are practicing Dahn seriously you know how to live your life this way with confidence, sincerity and love. Thank you for this wisdom!
The energy of the circle is complete and whole. Exercising in this formation brings unity and oneness to the group. Tonight members felt this unity in class and were glowing from all coming together: different backgrounds, different body conditions, different life experiences, but all connected by energy in this circle. Amazing!!!
Sharing from member- Today I felt waves of energy under my body. As I lay down on the floor of the Dahn center training room the motion of energy under my body felt warm and soothing. I feel home in my body after the class. The Dahn center is truly a place where anyone can change their body, their mind, and their life! Thank you Ilchi Lee for all you have given us!!!
21 is the number of days it takes a caterpillar to turn into a butterfly. It is the number of days to make a new habit. We are participating in 21 day miracle right now and creating new positive habits. In that time you can see your resistance and emotions and bad habits come it. Watching from a non-judgmental perspective is helpful and empowering. Thank you Ilchi Lee for this project!
Let’s come home to the Dahn center because there is the place where we can come home to our true selves!!!
Member shared today that she does 1000 toe tapping every night because it benefits her so much. She has her own routine that she does every night before she goes to bed including dahnjon tapping, stretching and intestine exercise. Since joining Dahn yoga she no longer has asthma and she has gone off all her medication for blood pressure and cholesterol.
