She is talking a lot and usually it is hard for me to focus when people talk without point. But I felt so grounded and in my body. This I learned from Dahn Yoga. So amazing!

Energy does not lie.
Energy is so pure and truthful. It is amazing how what you put out there comes right back to you. Were you sincere today? That will come back. Were you sad today? That will come back. Positive energy and negative energy spreads, let’s focus on the positive. That’s what Dahn yoga teaches. Ilchi Lee teaches that everything you choose, the thoughts in your brain create your life. This takes practice to perfect this and see yourself. I am a student of Ilchi Lee and grateful for it!

Too much Energy
Is it possible to have too much energy after class? One member might say that. She is so happy and full of energy and can’t stop smiling. It’s so great!

Hormones Regulated
One member came to the center because she could not get pregnant and had been trying for many months. She wanted energy in her uterus. Now since practicing for only one month, her doctor said he sees huge improvement and her hormones have been regulated. She is thrilled. Through healing sessions and regular class she is feeling peaceful. She is ovulating now and excited to try to get pregnant. Energy so healing at the Dahn center!
