After class someone shared that their eyes looked deeper and sharper, the blue color was brighter. Even I feel I can see clearer, more focused through Dahn yoga.

Connection with the eyes.
Have you ever looked into someone’s eyes and felt immediately connected, safe and peaceful, as if inside it is very cozy and warm. Immediately you feel one. We can all learn to connect with each other this way through Dahn yoga and to look into other humans eyes without fear or hesitation. Do not cower, but stand strong and alive. Electrical Impulses Through My Body

Energy Like a Snake
